ABSTRACT
Private health care organisations and hospitals are a large part of health care services in the UK. While private hospitals are not required to abide by the same laws and regulations imposed on NHS hospitals, a similar standard of care is expected, and most hospitals have a code or framework in place that ensures seamless complaint management.
