Investing in Dubai’s residential sector provides ample opportunity for strong returns. This chapter breaks down the analysis in simple terms to encourage prospective purchasers and industry stakeholders an insight into the benefits of investing in Dubai as part of a wider financial portfolio. Housing affordability is measured to account for the fact that Dubai still today presents good value for investors and end users.
