ABSTRACT

Based on finite difference time domain and particle-in-cell (PIC) method of electromagnetic wave introduced in the previous chapters, the secondary electron emission (SEE) model is used to describe the process of interaction between electrons and materials under the drive of electromagnetic wave. The multipactor simulation method is discussed. Multipactor simulation and analysis are carried out for a variety of microwave components, revealing the effectiveness of EM PIC simulation methods in the field of three-dimensional numerical simulation and threshold analysis of multipactor.
