ABSTRACT
When I was young, my thoughts were dominated by a search for the truth and I was fascinated by the laws of nature. In those days, and indeed in days to follow, I was a lonely person, often keeping my distance from others – something that I find hard to explain. Especially if you consider my background and the almost perfect circumstances in which my life began.
