ABSTRACT

The basic and additional commands for generating two- and three-dimensional graphs are described. It also provides formatting commands for inserting labels, headings, texts, and symbols into a plot, as well as color, marker, and line qualifiers. Graphs with more than one curve and multiple graphs on one page are presented. All studied commands are presented on examples of programs written for better mastering either in the regular editor or in the Live Editor. Some applications are provided; they illustrate the 2D and 3D graphs generation by examples of water surface tension, bandpass filter, rectangular membrane vibrational mode shapes, and rectangular channel water flow.
