ABSTRACT
Design and simulation follow the ideation stage of a product. This chapter equips the readers with design, theoretical analysis and simulation of different geometry of microneedles. The aim of this chapter is to present exhaustive exercises for Comsol Multiphysics-based simulation for microneedles. Different simulation aspects like structural analysis and flow-based analysis are taken up. These steps are necessary as after simulation of different microneedle parameters, one may choose the optimum parameters.
