ABSTRACT
This chapter describes the advances in the concrete industry associated with the developments of high-performance concrete and ultra-high-performance concrete. It focuses on the differences in composition and performance of conventional concrete, high-performance concrete, and ultra-high-performance concrete and elaborates on the organization of this book.
