ABSTRACT

This chapter presents a comprehensive method developed by the author for purposes of transport-associated epidemic risk assessment. It enables quantitative and fully explicit risk assessment. The components of the multiplicative R eT coefficient, as proposed by the author, are important determinants of the transport-associated epidemic risk assessment. The partial factor scales established for purposes of the analysis are non-linear in nature and are strongly correlated with the characteristics of the distribution of values across the entire transport sector with regard to representative groups of services. This made it possible to achieve a satisfactory correlation for the sensitivity of the effects of the partial factors on the final epidemic risk factor.
