ABSTRACT
This chapter presents the summary and main conclusions of this book entitled Epidemic Risk Analysis and Assessment in Transport Services: COVID-19 and Other Viruses. The comprehensive multi-criteria method intended as a means to assess the epidemic risk attributable to transport also provides grounds for the epidemic risk management in transport. It is mentioned that this methodology can also be used as a tool to support forecasting and variant analyses of how the epidemic develops depending on the restrictions imposed on the transport sector.
