The sections that follow discuss additional technologies and considerations for each of the five sub-systems of the electrical power systems model. The benefits of solar power are thus: energy from the sun is endless, and it provides clean energy and provides cost reduction for a business or household. The design and operation of electrical power distribution systems has become a very important science. An uninterruptible power supply is intended to provide constant power to equipment which is protected from power outages. The audit can identify immediate problems with the current structure, or its systems, and can help prioritize future improvements, with energy conservation and environmental impact in mind.
