ABSTRACT

Power measurement is critical to the efficient operation of electrical power systems. The last block, electrical power control, is probably the most complex of all the parts of the electrical power system. Thus, should be concerned with each one as part of the electrical power system, rather than in isolation. In this way, we can develop a more complete understanding of how electrical power systems operate. The following discussion provides an overview of the three basic types of AC circuits. An understanding of basic power relationships in AC circuits is very important when studying complex electrical power systems. Since reactive circuits cause changes in the method used to compute power, the following described techniques express the basic power relationships in AC circuits. One of the most fundamental areas of electrical knowledge is the study of electrical power. Complex systems supply the vast need of countries for electrical power.
