ABSTRACT
Persons who obtain shellstock and shucked shellfish from certified dealers and sell the shellfish to other certified shippers or in interstate commerce shall be licensed and/or certified as shellstock shippers or reshippers. Use of the reshipper classification is left to the option of the state. The reshipper designation is most applicable to those dealers located at considerable distance inland or in inland states where obtaining shellfish from diggers or harvesters is unlikely.
