ABSTRACT
Uses of precast concrete in industrial plant buildings are not very common such as in bridges, general building structures, and pile foundations. However, in this chapter, we show some typical standard details used in power plant structures in Far Eastern countries. Design examples of beam elements in accordance with ACI and Indian codes of practice are included in this section.
