Some basic properties of W-distances

Chapter 2 introduces the w-distance and some of the basic results of the w- distance. Several examples are included. Those results were mainly obtained by Kada, Suzuki and Takahashi, Sizuki and Takahashi and Liu, Hou, Kang and Ume and Wu.
