ABSTRACT
Chapter 6 contains various complements that have not been incorporated in the previous chapters in order to keep the presentation more compact. They are connected to Chapters 2–5. These results were mainly obtained by Suzuki and Takahashi, Garcia-Falset, Guran and Llorens-Fuster, Guran and Petru¸sel, Kocev, Karapinar and Rakočević, Aydi, Wongyat and Sintunavarat, Lakzian and Rhoades, Liu, Hou, Kang and Ume and Liu, Zhang, Kang and Ume, Kada, Suzuki and Takahashi, Park.
