ABSTRACT
Chapter 7 commences by exploring the difference between regression and classification algorithms, and deals extensively with a few handpicked classification algorithms. The classification algorithms support vector machines and k-nearest neighbors are explained starting from the basics to how they work. The concept of clustering is then discussed and the methodology to be adhered to obtain correct clustering is explained with an example. Key points to be remembered are then provided, followed by a quiz and suggestions for further reading.
