ABSTRACT

Jennifer is waiting outside of the conference room on the business floor alongside with Justin and Ian. It has been six months since the Aspen submission party. The steering committee is about to start for the Aspen project. Jennifer reflected on the progress since the first regulatory deadline. For six months, they had every possible enquiry and check and balance thrown at them. During this period, the team had kept the day to day running, supported the various audits, and moved the platform forwards considerably. They had split the pipeline up into manageable chunks, which had made it possible to reduce the size of the incremental releases. The advantages had accumulated and were huge in comparison to where they had come from. The audits that previously would have been a break in development and an archeology endeavor were mostly handled directly by Brian’s business team.
