ABSTRACT
Chapter 17 covers some of the most important reasons for a designer to use clean and modern documentation. The chapter compares written and verbal communication, with their pros and cons, and presents some real-life scenarios of problems that may arise without proper documentation. Last but not least, this chapter talks about why just ‘remembering’ things is not an option, especially in a realistic working environment.
