ABSTRACT
Patient safety case studies are an essential tool for improving healthcare quality and safety. They provide a detailed analysis of a specific patient safety incident or event, which can help identify the root causes, contributing factors, and possible solutions to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. The cases will help medical and health sciences educators and students and health care professionals to deal with the cases of ADRs in their practice, teaching and learning.
