ABSTRACT
Air pollution control strategies such as zoning, stacks and source control techniques are explained in this chapter. Devices that remove particulates, including settling chambers, filtering devices, separators and scrubbers, are discussed, and their workings are explained using diagrams. The removal of gaseous pollutants is discussed to end the chapter.
