ABSTRACT

Recognizing the motivations of the individual team members and appealing to their needs greatly enhances the unique innovations and productivity of the programs in the enterprise. Increasing the number of first-place programs in an enterprise greatly propels its reputation to a high level. By experiencing being on a first-place program, team members will become familiar with its composition and will be determined to re-create it in the future. Most leaders are sensitive to the fact that first-place programs seem to contain some kind of special essence that makes them so successful, and they strive to identify. The fact that the programs in this enterprise are using advanced leadership processes, including evaluating and managing human motivation, demonstrates that it is always stretching to improve itself. Innovations in the development processes or in new products developed and proven by a first-place program are of great value to future programs in the enterprise.
