ABSTRACT
This chapter is concerned with the problem of observer-based output feedback control for discrete-time systems with quantized inputs, and the quantization-density-dependent necessary and sufficient condition is derived. Then, both full- and reduced-order observer-based quantized feedback controllers are designed via a single-step LMI approach. Finally, numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
