ABSTRACT
The chapter details five potential options for the future of the world when there is a Singularity. All scenarios have a short story which illustrates the scenario with a real-life example. First, keep calm and carry on is not doing anything different. Living in a simulation details an option where Artificial Intelligence (AI) has already taken over the world. Spacefaring humans bound for Mars discusses escaping AI on Earth for space. The new Luddite resistance considers how people may resist AI. Merging with AI thinks about the option of humanity merging with AI. Merging with AI is the preferred option and has an example of Peter the Human Cyborg as an early adopter.
