ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on GeO2 crystallization behavior, studies the relationship between GeO2 crystallization and GeO2/Ge interface reaction, and establishes the connection between GeO nonuniform desorption and GeO2 crystallization. A unified model integrating uniform/nonuniform GeO desorption, GeO2 crystallization, and GeO2/Ge interface redox reaction is proposed.
