ABSTRACT
The statistical software program R and its associated programs are introduced as a key tool for modeling, visualization, and analysis. This chapter introduces the basics of R, importing data into R, and visualization of data using the tidyverse and other R packages. This chapter introduces the R package demodelr, an accompanying package for the modeling and analysis of differential equations.
