ABSTRACT
In the title of this chapter, you do not see any DSF formula, after the word “Gels”, and the reason for it is that there are too many different kind of gels, even if one considers the simplest ones, with a liquid phase in a solid (IUPAC, 2019): “Non-fluid colloidal network or polymer network that is expanded throughout its whole volume by a fluid.”
