ABSTRACT
Chapter 2 provides a foundation in using both linear and nonlinear models of discrete dynamical systems. The chapter covers important concepts such as equilibrium, stability, and interrelated models. In addition, the chapter provides technology examples to determine and understand the long-term behavior of these systems.
