ABSTRACT
Chapter 9 covers the power and limitations of simulations in developing solutions to problems. The chapter focuses on queuing models, which are common in many instances in modern industry. We develop an understanding of the concept of algorithms while building both deterministic and stochastic simulations to solve problems.
