ABSTRACT
This chapter helps in understanding complexities involved in accessing drag and drop features of websites by users with disability. But it doesn’t mean developers should opt for a different feature to enable customer interaction. Extending right accessibility properties on drag and drop code helps in improving customer interaction using text-to-speech screen reade rs.
