ABSTRACT
“Green” is a very popular word these days. It expresses the best of intentions to create a clean, healthy, and safe environment. Green wedding, green universities, even green coal and green GDP are examples we can regularly hear and read about in the media. However good the intentions are, the meaning of the word green is usually vague and ill defined.
