ABSTRACT

If we agree that customer-oriented outcomes of digital transformation are the most important benefits of such process then doing it in healthcare has even greater impact. Using artificial intelligence, distant support or sensors in medicine is getting closer and closer in every patient visit to hospital. Considering the lack of medical staff, it is clear that technology is here to help in further time optimization on one side and reducing cost on another. Fully utilizing all ICT solutions in healthcare is the only path toward satisfying increased expectations of all patients in terms of health.
