ABSTRACT

In this chapter, the conclusion of the book is given. It is concluded that this book has established a unified theoretical framework for control and state estimation for dynamical network systems with complex samplings including nonuniform sampling, stochastic sampling, event-triggered sampling, and dynamic event-triggered sampling. Meanwhile, the effects from various network-induced phenomena have been examined on the control and estimation performances. Also, the simulation results have been provided to have a better understanding of the proposed control and estimation methods. However, the obtained results are still quite limited. Therefore, some related topics are pointed out for potential future research work.
