ABSTRACT

This chapter addresses project planning requirements from a systems perspective as a precursor to securing cooperation. Without a plan, there is no basis for cooperation. Cooperation across many minds involving several subsystems of an enterprise is essential for organizational success. The required components of a plan are discussed in this chapter.

Ultimately, cooperation among people in the workforce is what gets the job done. This chapter presents the Triple-C model for communication, cooperation, and coordination. We must communicate before we can secure cooperation so that we can coordinate individual efforts.
