ABSTRACT

The chapter discusses remote work and leading from anywhere. It covers the advantages and disadvantages of hybrid work models and offers ways to make the office more appealing so that people will want to come to the office. It also suggests staying away from misleading attempts to measure “productivity” and focus on outcomes and results instead. Finally, it provides better ways to make sure that communication is effective, employees are productive and happy, and the office is a place where people want to go.
