ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses ways to lead beyond the walls of your company by discussing mentoring, industry groups and associations, leadership development, thought leadership, and entrepreneurship. Each of these has its own benefits for both the individual and the community. All of these are great ways to make a difference in your community and contribute to the technology industry.
