ABSTRACT

The conclusion chapter explains that to be a successful leader, it is important to be comfortable with change and to demonstrate that behavior to your team. Leaders should never feel comfortable that they've “made it” and can somehow sit back and stop growing when they hit a certain level. Companies need to adapt to stay competitive, and leaders should embrace change themselves to help prepare their team for the future. It is also important to have a focus on personal growth and development to stay ahead of the curve. When it comes the time to hand over the reins to a younger generation, leaders want to be confident that they've done everything they can to prepare their team for the future.
