ABSTRACT
Healthcare is a data-rich industry. To extract pertinent information and germane knowledge to effect superior decision making, a network-centric approach is proffered. Such a process-centric view of knowledge creation is predicated on Boyd’s OODA Loop and Thinking. This chapter outlines the strengths and weaknesses of a network-centric healthcare perspective.
