ABSTRACT
This chapter presents models to assess rock scour in a digitalized manner. These models distinguish between different functionalities, such as free surface or pressurized flow modelling, rock mass modelling and rock scour modelling. Each functionality represents a building block or digital engine to develop digital twins for rock scour, as explained in Chapter 5. In the following, for each of the discussed models, the basic equations are presented as well as a description of their digitalization process and level.
