ABSTRACT

The team discusses workplace metrics, and the re-introduction and role of client post-audit surveys in assessing employee performance evaluations. The team also examines the challenges internal audit encountered in previous years when the team attempted to introduce Agile Auditing, and identifies key attributes for its effective implementation and sustainability. John examines the characteristics of healthy work environments, and the importance of training, coaching, mentoring, and empowerment, as some of the key factors that motivate and challenge workers to reach their full potential. With this, he re-imagines work roles within the team to better serve the staff’s career growth. While inspirational messages are sent to the team, there is angst about the job changes and the board’s reluctance to increase resources. The team receives training on Agile Auditing.
