ABSTRACT

The team briefs InSports’ management during Agile retrospectives at the end of their sprints of the ethics and corporate culture audit, recap key procedures and achievements using the risk-based operational methodology, and how they are testing the entire population for more than compliance. They describe the collaboration achieved and frequent communication of results, and the audit client shares their satisfaction with the outcome. A construction professional joins the team as part of the new rotation program, they introduce a 360-degree review process, and review the results of the reintroduced postaudit surveys. They compare their performance with prior periods, and acknowledge the gains achieved. The team brainstorms future audit and advisory projects and the introduction of new tools and programs next year.
