ABSTRACT

The internal audit unit at InSports survived the first year. They successfully implemented Agile Auditing, improved the risk assessment process, increased their use of data analytics, and are performing assurance and advisory projects that have turned skeptics into believers. As the department matures, the expectations from the audit committee and management have also increased. How will they handle the increased cybersecurity, supply chain, project management, ESG, and cultural risks the organization faces globally?
