ABSTRACT

John reviews the team’s skills inventory and makes improvements to the list and the platform used to capture and manage it. He acts on his client and staff relationship-building process, and encourages everyone to look after each other to ensure inclusiveness and mutual support. John leads a two-day training session and demonstrates the benefits of client collaboration and tools to do it in person or virtually. To improve knowledge retention, John described the tools it, explained their uses, shared his experience with it, followed by an exercise, and a debrief session. The team discusses the challenge of balancing collaboration with independence and objectivity, and John provides strategies on how to do this effectively. John speaks to a group of new company hires.
