ABSTRACT
John includes one of his managers in the delivery of presentations during the company-wide Road Show, and they brainstorm ways to improve these sessions. Internal audit and another unit partner on the preparation, administration, and analysis of a survey. Collaboration activities also include orientation sessions for managers and non-manager on internal controls and the role of internal audit. John meets with senior management and explains the introduction of anti-fraud testing procedures in internal audits and the kickoff of the Road Show. John meets with a corporate executive, and they discuss new actions an operating unit has adopted from internal audit’s recommendations.
