ABSTRACT

In this chapter, adopting the previous approach, we construct theoretically four examples of scalar light fields with infinite topological charge. The first example is the Gaussian beam with a vortex-argument cosine function, whereas the second example is the Gaussian beam with a vortex-argument Bessel function. The third example is the Gaussian beam with the cosine function of the squared vortex-argument and, finally, the fourth example is the Gaussian beam with the vortex-argument cosine function raised to power.
