ABSTRACT
This chapter is about people, teamwork and ethics. Experimental activities and lab work usually require working together in teams. Effective teamwork requires responsibility, good leadership and ethical behavior. Each of these topics is addressed to better facilitate working relationships, with a significant emphasis on ethical behavior. Report writing can be tedious, so plagiarism is an ever-present concern. Personal perspectives on plagiarism are included as a plea to avoid a mistake with costly ramifications.
