ABSTRACT

Designers make games. Developers take them that last mile over the finish line. Publishers commission art and design, then put everything together. Games have to be physically created before people can enjoy them. This is mostly done in China, but there are other countries where the infrastructure exists and games are manufactured as well. Once a game has been manufactured, it needs to be shipped around the world to stores, backers, and anyone else who purchased our game. That's where shipping and fulfillment come in. Another similar avenue that we might consider is that of board game cafes. These are wonderful places that allow people to have a drink, meal, or snacks, all while playing a bunch of new and favorite board games with friends.
