ABSTRACT
Electronics and Electrical engineering is an emerging and most popular engineering discipline. Electronics engineering and electrical engineering are closely related to this field. An electronics engineer is qualified for jobs that include building electronic components for integration into larger systems, Integrated Circuit (IC) design work, board layout, programming microcontrollers and microprocessors, and field testing. Telecommunications engineers handle different types of technology that help us to communicate. Electronics and telecommunication engineers deal with consumer electronics, aviation and avionics, manufacturing, electricity generation and distribution, communications, transportation, telecommunications industry as electronics engineers. The subthreshold leakage current is a drain to source current of a transistor when it operates in the weak inversion region. The current due to gate direct-tunneling leakage is current tunneling into the gate of the transistor.
