ABSTRACT

When any organization is incorporated, the HR department is one among the essential departments that have to be set up first. Whenever an unfortunate event like closing down a corporate organization happens, HR department is among the last to be shut down. All departments are equally important for the survival and growth of the organization; HRD is close to the hearts of the employees of the organization as HRD is the representative of the employees at the management table in all matters. HR department would occupy the same position as other main departments such as the marketing department, delivery department, finance department, research and development department and so on. Employee relations workload is directly proportional to the number of employees on our rolls. Head's office is needed to support the head of the HR department.
