ABSTRACT

Organizational framework is the platform of the organization on which all the employees can perform to their best in the achievement of the organizational objectives and goals. The HR department working at the organizational level defines a process for people management and implements it across the organization. Funding the business operations is the responsibility of the entrepreneurs. The top management is the representative of the investors. Working capital is utilized to procure items that are converted into deliverables and sold. Salaries and consumables like stationary, food items, and so on also form part of working capital. Internal sources are from the profits of the organization or reserves or retained earnings. The external sources are borrowed funds from financial institutions like the banks, share capital, grants from governments, advances from the customers, and so on.
