ABSTRACT

This chapter interprets and presents culture value orientation for running schools and its abundant practice in the perspective of school culture connotation, school culture structure and school culture improvement. Culture is a way by which human impacts the power of surroundings. At present, there have been four common divisions about the school culture structure, namely dichotomy, trichotomy, quad-chotomy and sex-chotomy. For its constitutor, management system of school is divided into three kinds, namely national class, local class and school class. For managers, management system of school is divided into cadre management system, teacher management system and student management system. For functional department, management system of school consists of educational and teaching management system, teaching and researching management system, personnel management system, class management system and logistics management system.
